I took above pic last year when I went back to my hometown, around Nov 04. Actually it wouldn't become a story until yesterday I found it is displayed in another website. Basically for me it is not a problem if the webmaster asked permission from me first, before it will be displayed in his/her website, either for commercial or non-commercial purpose. Maybe it is also my mistake, I didn't put any disclaimer or copyright/license mark in my other website which is displaying the pic.

But I will not take any action regarding this matter. I realize that some images in my website is not my own. I am not a professional photographer, only an very amateur one. I am happy, if the pic is useful, not only for me.
